Our HYROX class is built for those who want to push their limits with a mix of functional strength and high-intensity endurance work. Inspired by the global HYROX competition format, this 60-minute class combines running intervalswith functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more.
Each session is designed to build your aerobic capacity, mental grit, and total-body strength, whether you're training for your first HYROX race or just looking to break a serious sweat. You'll learn how to pace, strategize, and move efficiently — all under the guidance of experienced coaches who make sure you're working smart and hard.
All fitness levels welcome.
Workouts are fully scalable, and our coaches will help you modify intensity, volume, or movement variations as needed. Come ready to work — leave feeling powerful.
